  1. What are your shipping costs?

We offer standard shipping for $4.99 and expedited shipping for $7.99.

  1. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Credit/Debit cards and PayPal payments. Your financial information is safe with us as we do not store any credit card information on our website.

  1. How long does it take to receive merchandise?

On average, it takes 1-3 business days to process and ship orders from our facility. Standard shipping/transit times apply which take 7-12 business days for the US and 1-3 weeks for international orders.

  1. How can I cancel or make changes to my order?

You can contact our Customer Support team via [email protected] with your order number to cancel or make changes to your order. However, we can only make changes or cancel orders if we receive the request within 12 hours from the time that the order was placed.

  1. What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your custom-made order, please contact our Customer Support team for return instructions. Please do not refuse delivery or return the item to the address on your package without confirmation from us. We will not take responsibility for any return package without our confirmation letter or notice.
